Axiom provides project management services to support all project phases from studies, approvals, execution readiness, design, procurement and construction. Axiom can also perform audits of projects or conduct peer reviews either in development or in execution phase.

Axiom can develop project timelines based on customised execution strategies. The Axiom approach is to establish the project master schedule supported by a hierarchy of detail schedules that allow activities to be managed to completion. By including critical path analysis, work package development, resourcing, resource levelling and schedule range analysis, the complete management and reporting tool becomes the central plan.
Estimating

Estimating

Axiom has the capability to prepare cost estimates for all project stages including concept, feasibility, definitive and lump sum.  The estimate type may include capital cost, services costs, operating costs, cash flows or financial analysis.
Cost Control

Cost Control

From the approved estimate, Axiom will establish a budget that is structured as a basis for effective cost control.  Examples of control processes include change control, commitment control, trending, forecasting, earned value analysis, productivity measurement, project services control, and management of asset registers.
Progress Reporting

Progress Reporting

Axiom applies processes to analyse, compare and forecast rates of progress. This is done through collection and measurement of quantified scope and resource (work hour) expenditure. They are experienced in the phases of engineering deliverable production and progress monitoring, procurement monitoring and construction progress.
Risk Management

Risk Management

Based on the client risk criteria, Axiom is able to apply project specific processes to identify, assess, treat and mitigate project risk. Residual risk is maintained in formal risk registers and control processes. Cost and time risk can be modelled in a variety of quantifiable methods to determine materiality, ranking, range and total exposure.
