Geopacific Resources are developing the Woodlark Gold Project in Papua New Guinea – a high-margin gold project with significant exploration upside. Located in the Solomon Sea, it is surrounded by world-class gold mines.

Axiom supported early development activities for this project, including engagement with the process plan EPC and infrastructure contractors, site earthworks and camp supply. We were pleased to be able to leverage our depth of PNG experience to assist Geopacific in this challenging project.

Significant capital cost increase and impact on Project funding led to the Woodlark Project suspension in early 2022.
