Cadia Valley Operations is one of the largest gold and copper deposits in the entire world and is home to Australia’s largest underground gold mine. Located 25 km southwest of Orange, NSW, operations include the underground mine (Cadia East), an ore processing facility and a dewatering facility in Blayney.

Axiom established the Project Controls team and Portfolio Management for Cadia using Primavera Project Planner as an integrated schedule for over 60 projects at different stages from PFS to Execution/Handover. We also provided cost control for their capital projects portfolio of around $120M per year.
