I have always been curious and fascinated by trying to understand the marvellous reality around us. So, with an inclination to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, I chose to study a Bachelor of Engineering, majoring in Chemistry, to comprehend how a plant works from the cradle to the grave.

After that, I started working in design, and my career path took me to project control engineering, giving me the broader view I had been looking for since the beginning. I also have a Diploma in Project Management and have been a member of the ACES committee since 2016. It has been a 15-year journey, and I expect to keep wondering in every step of my career.

Axiom took into account my career progression and my work-life balance. In the long run, both sides need to be considered for a healthy and sustainable relationship. The people who are part of the DNA of the company and its associates are like-minded people who agree on a standard set of values that align us towards a shared vision.
