How did you end up in this career?
I’m a mechanical engineer by background and started in the UK as a design and project engineer in subsea. I found I preferred the project side, working with teams and driving outcomes. Planning & Scheduling stood out as a way to stay close to delivery while providing real value through structure and clarity. It’s rewarding work, people appreciate the transparency, and it makes a real difference.
