After I finished my degree as a Civil Engineer in Colombia, I decided to study a Masters in Environmental Engineering in Australia. When I started my professional experience in this country, I understood the importance of being a Project Manager and the value it brings to the project. When I returned back home (Colombia), I started a job as a Project Controls and Scheduler. Since then, combined with a PM role, I understand the need to balance scope, time and cost to maintain a high-quality project.

5 years ago, I started my engagement with Axiom as a client requirement in Melbourne. When I saw the position description online, I knew that the job was for me, as for the last 10 years, it was what I had done and what I was passionate about. For that reason I put all my efforts and will to get the job.

At that time, I never imagined the quality and professionalism of the people I met within the company. Axiom Founders, Directors and Managers always care about their team.
