Konrad is Axiom’s Director and Infrastructure & Delivery Lead with a plethora of experience in Civil Engineering, Project Management and Consultancy. As a Civil Engineer by trade, Konrad has worked across various sectors, including construction, rail, energy and mining. He takes great pride in directing and driving Axiom’s dynamic team and valued clients to project success. He is keen to continue expanding Axiom’s capabilities and strategic vision by shedding outdated practices and celebrating diversity.

How did you end up in this career?
I am a Civil Engineer by trade. I spent the formative years of my professional life doing FIFO work for both McConnell Dowell and CPB, domestically and internationally. I then completed a Masters of Project Management and pivoted my career to work for a Project Management Consultancy in Brisbane. I subsequently moved into the mining sector with Ausenco and delivered some large mega projects for them as Project Director.
I more recently spent time at Cross River Rail and Sunwater in Transaction Manager roles before spending the last two years in the Hunter Valley as Project Director on the Rail 2 Project for MACH Energy. I now have the pleasure of being the Managing Director for Axiom and helping shape and steer us through the next few years of exciting growth for our company.
